CREATIVE STRATEGY – POPSWAP EXCLUSIVE

As an extension of Popswap,  a circular fashion community — Popswap Exclusive was piloted in Spring 2024. The concept introduced a subscription model allowing members to borrow curated, high-end fashion pieces from brands such as Miu Miu, Jacquemus, Rat & Boa, and more.

I led the buying of the pieces, conceptual development, digital design, and overall project management. The project was built to merge aspiration with accessibility, positioning circular fashion within a high-fashion, editorial framework.
